CEO Message to TCIAA Air Traffic Services

I join the Board and Executive Team in recognizing and thanking the silent, (out of sight) dedicated and committed persons who give of their time unselfishly in the interest of ensuring aircraft safety in our skies and while maneuvering on the ground; our Air traffic controllers.

They are silent, but active not heard or seen by the public on whom their safety largely relies. Though aircraft system, have embraced the advancement of technology – becoming more efficient, effective, user friendly and elegant the Air Traffic Control Systems for the most part remain old, cumbersome to use and technologically outdated.

Even though readily seen, heard of or considered, when accolades are showered on other aviators for heroic acts, the Air Traffic Controller continues to perform their jobs in the interest of ensuring safety of flights, in silence as per normal.

The Chairman, Board of Directors, Executive Team and staff of TCIAA extends a sincere thanks to all of our Air Traffic Controllers, thanking them for their continued contribution to aviation in general and TCIAA in particular.
